Big thighs have always been a problem of mine.

Don't get me wrong, I love a healthy body but my body is quite imbalance as it is on a heavier pear shape side so my legs are always bigger than any parts of my body.....

I have been through different types of diets and exercising but my legs always stays the same or more or less that size.

That's when I decided to do LIPOSUCTION, which is a type of cosmectic surgery which uses suction ( usually through needle) to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck and more. 

And South Korea ,being advanced in their beauty medical aesthetic procedure industry, is one of my top choice of the country to do liposuction at. When I found 365MC Hospital, that was when all my other worries and hesitation float away.

PRE-SURGERY DAY

For the pre-surgery , I first had a CONSULTATION at their 13 storey high building !

After registration at the counter at level 1, I was bought up to their top level for specialization consultation and the doctor review. The specialist first asked which area I want to do LIPOSUCTION at and then I was bought for Photo taking, body fats anaysis, blood testing and body scanning !

It is also on this day that they will let you know how much does the liposuction cost and it varies depending on the size of your desired fat removal size and the Doctor that is doing the liposuction.

SUMMARY of Pre-Surgery Day:

1- Blood testing

2- 3D Body Scanning

3- Photo taking

4. Consultation

So after the pre-consultation, it is time for my surgery !

All Beauty Aesthetic Procedure comes with their risk and one should always take their time and consideration to research when considering an aesthetic procedure like this. 

Beauty of all sizes are beautiful but I have always wanted a smaller thighs as it was difficult for me to buy jeans that could fit my hip and waist. Having a pear shape body all my life means that If I bought a pants that fit my waist, it won't for my thigh and vice versa. 

So after years of research and trying out different methods ( through exercising and more ) , I have come to a decision to try liposuction and @365MCHospital was the choice of my clinic.

First, was of course how established it is in Korea with 20 years of history and the number of specialist they have in their establishment.

Second, was when I stepped into the hospital, I was greeted with cleanliness and professionalism through proper consultation and they even have a transalator onsite for you.

Third, the building was 13 storey high and each floor carter to different types of liposuction and services. The machines they used seems to be well maintained and of good quality too. 

Lastly, before the surgery, they will provide you with all the precaution of pre-surgery and of the things you have to take note of. For example, fasting 8 hours before surgery, not taking certain products a week before surgery and many more. 

SURGERY DAY

On the MAIN DAY, I was first bought to my recovery room which look so Grand , Clean with a Warm homey vibe, then after changing to the hospital gown, I was bought to the test my blood pressure to ensure that I was in good condition for the surgery and then I was bought to the surgery room after disinfection and was given anesthesia and lost conscious shortly after. 

I woke up in the recovery room with my leg with my Compression Garment on , drip on and some healthy food prepared for me. 

It just felt like a good nap for me and I have no memory of the surgery process except for the anesthesia process. I felt minimal pain upon waking up, but more like soreness ? Like the type one have after a long session of dance/running session.

* It is a little swollen but it will get better as the days goes by so this is not the final result !!*

To help with my recovery, the nurses also help me in my rehabilitation process by walking with me as I hold on to my Drip stand ( They gave me Iron drip too to replenish my Iron ) ! After an hour or so, I felt more awake and was bought to view my Fats extracted stored in Cylinders . 

I had a whopping total of 3,500CC worth of fats extracted ! Can you believe it ? hahah

Just from my Thighs alone !

This is just the beginning of my liposuction journey and I can't wait to show you all the Before and After of it and also the post-care treatment process.
