it feels like im living in delusion

Felt like my body no longer belong to myself but to the world.

I always try to tell my friends to love themselves but why can't my mind think that too.

Had been through so much ups and many more down that i don't know what to feel anymore.
Nontheless, Winston Churchill mention before that " When you are going through hell, keep on going. Never never never give up" 
So , i will just keep on going.
